Keeping You Safe And Healthy – Updated Covid-19 Procedures

At Trinity Bariatric Institute, our priority has always been the health and safety and overall well-being of our patients.  We are still safely seeing patients in the office and offer virtual appointments for many patients.

If you are considering weight loss surgery or have a new patient or follow up appointment already scheduled with us, do not delay your care.  The insurance approval process typically takes 3-6 months and sometimes up to 12 months.   We also offer psychological and dietitian visits via telehealth.

We will continue to go above and beyond the standards put in place by the CDC for your safety, we have increased our cleaning protocols and are keeping high touch surfaces wiped down between every patient.  Our staff is screened daily to make sure they do not have symptoms or have recently traveled.

We are working hard to prevent the spread of sickness by per-screening every patient before they come in.  Any patients with upper respiratory illness are being rescheduled to a later date.  We will be doing a temperature screen upon your arrival.

We require masks for all patients entering the building.  The mask or face covering must cover your mouth and nose and be worn at all times during your visit.  All employees and physician will be wearing a face covering.

We are practicing social distancing by limiting the seating in our waiting room to one person at a time.  Please call our office when you arrive for your appointment, before entering the building.  The receptionist will notify you when it is safe to enter for your visit.  This is to avoid crowding in our waiting room.  You may be asked to wait in your vehicle if we have anyone in our waiting room.

We are limiting visitors to our clinic at this time.  We ask that you only bring one significant other or family member if you need help with translation during your appointment.  If you have children or need help with walking assistance, please request a virtual visit.  This is a convenient way for you to stay home and still have a face to face visit with Dr. Dyslin.

If you are coming in for a new patient appointment, the new patient paperwork can be printed out from our website and emailed to our staff before your visit.   You may also call the day before your appointment to pay your copay or surgery deposit allowing for a no-touch transaction.

We look forward to seeing you, please call us with any questions you may have.  817-832-7227

We will continue to care for our community and offer life changing weight loss surgeries, as well as post-operative care.
